Pre-rolls are one of the highest-velocity categories in cannabis retail, but scaling production is a real bottleneck. Hand-rolling is slow, labor-intensive, and produces inconsistent results. Pre-rolled cones solve all three problems — your staff fills them instead of rolling from scratch, and every unit comes out the same shape and size.

We carry cones for two different use cases. For back-of-house production, the bulk 100-count boxes are designed for high-speed filling operations. For retail shelves, we offer King Size 3-packs and 1 1/4" 3-packs with full custom branding on the packaging.

Key Specs

Papers are unbleached or white, slow-burning, with no added chemicals. Crutch tips can be custom-printed with your logo, so your branding shows on every pre-roll that leaves your shop. Bulk cones often ship from stock; custom-branded retail packs run 3–5 weeks from design approval.

MOQ & Sizing

Bulk 100-count boxes start at 10+ boxes. Custom branded 3-packs typically require 500–1,000 packs minimum. If you're deciding between sizes: 1 1/4" is the personal-session format, King Size is the sharing format — stocking both gives customers a choice without complicating your ordering.
