Ordering

Our minimum order quantity varies by product. Most products have a minimum of 12-24 units per order. You can see specific minimums on each product page. For custom bulk orders, please contact our wholesale team.

Orders can be modified within 2 hours of placement. After that, production may have already begun. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to make changes.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on orders over $50. Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Expedited options are also available.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Custom designed products may take 5-10 business days due to production time. Rush shipping options are available at checkout.

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that import duties and taxes may apply.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Custom designed products cannot be returned unless there's a defect. Contact our support team to initiate a return.

To start a return, log into your account and go to your order history, or contact our support team with your order number. We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Design Tool

Our design tool lets you customize products with your own logos, images, and text. Simply select a customizable product, click "Create Your Design," and use our easy drag-and-drop editor to create your perfect design.

We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF files. For best results, use high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI) with transparent backgrounds for logos.

Yes! When logged into your account, all designs are automatically saved. You can access them anytime from your account dashboard to continue editing or reorder.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

We offer tiered pricing that automatically applies at checkout. The more you buy, the more you save. Typical discounts range from 10-40% depending on quantity. See each product page for specific pricing tiers.

Yes! Registered retailers can apply for a wholesale account to access exclusive pricing, net payment terms, and dedicated support. Contact us to apply.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfers for wholesale accounts. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and never store your full credit card information. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

You can checkout as a guest, but creating an account gives you access to order tracking, saved designs, faster checkout, and exclusive offers.
