Metal lighters are a different category of merchandise than disposables. They sit on a customer's dresser, live in their jacket pocket for years, and get noticed when they're pulled out. Choosing between models

Custom Zippo Lighters — Made in the USA since 1932, with a lifetime warranty that covers mechanical function regardless of customization. The windproof design and signature flip-and-click are things customers recognize immediately. Zippo uses lighter fluid; easy to refill anywhere. MOQ is very low — often as few as 1 unit — which makes these practical for VIP gifts or staff merchandise before committing to a full run.

Metal Torch Lighters — Butane-fueled, windproof, runs at around 2,500°F. Concentrate consumers generally prefer a torch over a soft flame. The metal body gives a solid engraving surface and holds up to daily use.

Soft Flame Metal Lighters — Traditional yellow flame in a sleek metal body. Good fit for flower consumers who want something that feels more refined than a disposable. Butane-refillable.

What to know before ordering

MOQ: Laser engraving is flexible. Zippos and metal lighters can often be done in very small quantities — sometimes as low as a single unit. Good for testing before a larger order.

Turnaround: Laser-engraved items typically ship within 1–3 business days. Faster than print-based customization.
