About Metal Ashtrays

Custom Metal Ashtrays Wholesale for Dispensaries & Brands

Metal ashtrays are the right call when durability is the priority. They don't chip, they don't crack, and they hold up to daily abuse in high-traffic dispensaries, outdoor patios, and busy lounges. A well-made metal ashtray with a laser-engraved logo will outlast almost anything else in the merch lineup.

We offer three materials: stainless steel for a heavy, permanent feel; tin for cost-effective high-volume runs with full-color printing; and anodized aluminum for something lighter with a clean modern look. Each material has different branding options and order minimums, so the right choice depends on your use case.

The Collection

  • Custom Stainless Steel Ashtrays — High-grade, rust-proof, with real weight to them. Branded via laser engraving, which etches directly into the metal for a permanent mark that won't peel or fade. Ideal for lounges and countertop placement.
  • Custom Tin Ashtrays — Lightweight and cost-effective at volume. The large flat surface takes edge-to-edge full-color printing well, making tin a solid choice for events, trade shows, and giveaway programs.
  • Custom Aluminum Ashtrays — A middle ground: lighter than stainless steel but still durable. Anodized finishes are available, and laser engraving on aluminum reveals a clean silver contrast underneath.

What to Know Before Ordering

Stainless steel and aluminum pieces can be laser-engraved with very low minimums — sometimes as few as one unit. Tin ashtrays with full-color printing typically start at 100–250 units.

Laser-engraved orders turn around in 1–3 business days. Bulk printed tin orders take 3–5 weeks after design approval.

For branding method: laser engraving is permanent and one-color, etched into the metal surface. Full-color printing on tin uses a durable ink layer that handles vibrant multi-color artwork. Both hold up well in commercial environments. All metal surfaces are non-porous and easy to wipe down or wash. Stainless and aluminum are rust-proof, so outdoor placement isn't an issue.
