Most custom merchandise companies require you to buy 100, 250, or even 500 units just to get started. That's a big ask if you're a new dispensary testing out a branded product, a smoke shop that wants a few dozen custom pieces for a specific event, or a cannabis brand that needs a small run before committing to bulk inventory.

Our no minimum custom products let you order exactly what you need — one unit, ten units, whatever makes sense for your situation. The per-unit cost is higher than bulk pricing, but you're not stuck with product you didn't sell or designs that didn't land. For a lot of our customers, that trade-off is completely worth it.

We work with dispensaries, head shops, cannabis brands, and smoke lounges across the country. The ones who use this category most are usually either newer operations that are still building out their brand, or established businesses that want to test a new design or colorway before placing a larger order. Both are totally valid reasons.

It's pretty straightforward. You pick a product, send us your logo or artwork, and we send back a digital proof for your approval before anything goes into production. Once you approve, we produce and ship. There's no order portal or automation — you'll be talking to an actual person on our team throughout.

Turnaround time varies by product. Some things we can do quickly, others take a bit longer depending on production method. We'll give you a realistic timeline upfront so there are no surprises.

One thing worth knowing: not every product in our catalog is available as a no minimum order. Production methods for some items only make economic sense at higher quantities. The products listed in this category are specifically the ones we can do in small runs or single units.

We see a pretty consistent mix. Newer cannabis businesses make up a big portion — you might be a dispensary that just got licensed and you want branded accessories before you're ready to commit to bulk. That makes a lot of sense.

Then there are established brands who use no-minimum orders specifically for testing. They'll order 10 or 20 units of a new product with a new design, hand them out to loyal customers or staff, and see what the feedback is before ordering 500. Smart way to do it.

We also get orders for events, dispensary anniversaries, pop-ups, and VIP appreciation gifts — situations where someone needs a specific quantity that doesn't fit neatly into bulk pricing tiers. Custom pieces for a specific occasion, in a specific quantity, without having to negotiate a bulk deal.
