Portable ashtrays are one of the more practical giveaway items in cannabis — customers actually use them. A branded keychain ashtray goes on a keyring and gets seen every day. That kind of consistent exposure is hard to get from a sticker or a flyer, and the per-unit cost at volume is low enough to hand them out freely at events or grand openings.

The Collection
- Portable Metal Ashtray Keychains — The classic option. Snaps open to reveal a bowl and rest, snaps shut to contain ash and odor. Durable metal construction with laser engraving for a permanent brand mark.
- Square Ashtray Keychains — Same function, cleaner profile. The flat square surface gives more visible real estate for a logo compared to a round keychain.
- PocketPass Mini Pocket Ashtrays — Designed to slip into a pocket. Heat-resistant and sealed to contain ash and odor. Large flat surface works well for full-color printing, which makes these good for event giveaways where color branding matters.
What to Know Before Ordering
Most portable ashtray styles start at 100–250 units. Some laser-engraved metal models are available in smaller quantities if you need a lower minimum to test a style before committing to a larger run.
Metal keychains are branded with laser engraving — permanent, one-color, etched into the surface. The PocketPass and other flat-surface styles support full-color UV printing for multi-color artwork. Laser-engraved orders turn around in 1–3 business days; full-color bulk orders take 3–5 weeks after design approval.
All of these seal shut, so they're pocket-safe — ash and odor stay contained. For artwork, vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) are preferred, but high-resolution raster files work too and the team can vectorize at no charge.
